All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before being shipped. Please check the entire box for smaller packages if additional parts come with purchase such as weathervanes where there are 5 additional parts to the weathervane figure that are packed in smaller boxes within the box. If you feel that you are missing any parts, please call our customer service at (800) 447-6424. Please report all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receipt of package. Call your local UPS or freight carrier for inspection of shipping damage. In all cases, please keep all packing material for the carrier to review when inspecting for damages. |

All prices listed are in US dollars ($). Colonial Collections of New England currently accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal check can be mailed along with your order to our office address. Your order will not be processed until your check clears, approximately 10 business days after we receive your order with your check. All credit card authorizations are processed over a secure server and all charges must be made by the cardholder. The cardholder must be over the age of 18. |

If there is a defect, damaged or poor craftsmanship, you can return your item ordered for an exchange or store credit. All returns should be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
